Children in Care Council with the Virtual Art Collective

Children in Care Council hosted an annual meeting for the many care experienced young people in Oxfordshire. Local writer and artist Natty Mark Samuels and Mr Mani Manson-Reeves  facilitated a painting workshop. Whilst Luke Rodgers BEM captured the work on his drone.
