Documentary on the importance of education for care experienced children and young people.
Young person wanted to film his understanding on the importance of education. The film was planned and led by a teenage boy supported by film make Luke Rodgers. A number of interviews have been filmed across Oxfordshire talking with educators, professors and social care professionals. The idea is to capture a teenagers view of education during a care experienced childhood. Colleagues such as Pro Vice Chancellor Martin Williams, Director of Children’s services Lucy Butler and Headteacher David Davidson were interviewed as part of the process.
