Creative parcels for ROAR participants to be delivered soon.
ROAR festival is Oxford’s only youth arts disability festival championing the creativity of disabled young people in Oxfordshire. The ROAR partners are a group of disability organisations and arts organisations who are passionate about increasing inclusion in the arts. With huge thanks to Councilllor Mark Lygo and the Oxfordshire County Council, we will be able to send out creative parcels to 350 disabled young people and adults with inspiration to create artistic work for ROAR festival 2020 which will go online this year due to COVID19.
