Your challenge is to create your own flock of birds either using pencil, cardboard and an old tea bag! The materials you can use for this challenge are a pencil, cardboard, old teabag. Choose a shape and start to build up your own bird, Phil has used circles. When you have finished, ask your carer to take a picture and submit using the form below. Have fun!

Artist Bio
Phil’s art is closely influenced by the Dynamic movement that is characterised by movement of the eye that flows smoothly from one area of the composition to another, guided by continuations of line or form, and by gradations of colour or form. Dynamic movement is characterised by open shapes or shapes that closely relate to adjacent shapes. This also links to Phil’s music; he plays in a band called Flights of Helios. They blend timeless folk themes with their own ruminations on the natural and supernatural worlds, and using innovative vocal processing and expansive post rock arrangements create a musical landscape truly their own.
